On November 4, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev took part in the second World Summit on Social Development, held in Doha.

At the invitation of the Emir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, on November 3 President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev departed to this country on a working visit. 

On November 3, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev got acquainted with the presentation on improving medical care for children with rare diseases, reform process and implementation of new projects in the sphere of pharmaceuticals. 

On November 3, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev reviewed proposals on protecting the nation’s gene pool from drug addiction, enhancing the effectiveness of the fight against cybercrime, and digitalizing the system of prosecutorial oversight.

The declaration of independence and the commitment of the Government of Uzbekistan to the ideals of democracy, the choice of a secular path of development of society have gradually made it possible to create equal legal conditions for the existence of religions in general and religious groups in particular.
